Tuesday January 17th Classes Cancelled
Classes for Tuesday January 17th are cancelled due to icy weather conditions. I was on my way to class, but turned around half way there. Too slippery now, it will probably only get worse. See everyone tomorrow or next week.
Wed Nov. 30th Classes are on!
Even though there was a ton on snow last night at St. Johns didn’t have school today, dance classes are NOT cancelled. As always, only come to class if you feel safe doing so. Have a great week!

#1 Be a Costume Angel… Several students need help paying for their dance costumes. $60 per costume. Donate any amount anonymously to assist a family in need.

Costume Angels Needed
Dance costume orders and money are due this week! If you can be a costume angel and provide a costume for a student that may not be able to participate, please let me know ASAP!
If you are in need of a costume angel or need to make payment arrangements, please also let me know.
It is not too late to sign up!

Schedule Adjustment- New Pre Combo, level 1 change, Pre Tumbling chg.
Please note the following adjustments for the Monday Classes
the Pre Dance Class at 4:30-5 has been disolved. The Tap 1 class has been disolved. The time has changed for Pre Tumbling, Ballet 1 and Jazz 1 has been combined. Another Pre combo has been added.
The Monday schedule is as follows:
4:30-5:00 Pre tumbling
5:00-5:45 Pre Combo (if you are signed up for wed or fri, you can change to this class)
5:45-6:30 Ballet/Jazz 1
6:30-7:00 Tumbling 1
7:00-7:45 Tumbling 2
7:45-8:30 Tumbling 3/4
Classes start NEXT WEEK- Week of Sept 12th
The studio allows for students to get comfortable in school classes before beginning dance classes for the season. So, classes don’t begin until next week! Still need to enroll? Heather will be at the studio Wednesday Sept. 7th from 4-7pm to accept enrollment.
I also plan to make another Pre Combo class for the cute little 3-4 year olds that want to dance, but it will take the place of other classes that don’t fill up, so…. that will be forthcoming by Friday or Saturday of this week. Be sure to get enrolled so that we can plan everything out.
Another Open Enrollment at the Studio
If you missed the Open Enrollment on the 15th, you can still enroll by mail anytime. Or, the second Open Enrollment is Monday August 29th from 4 to 7pm at the studio. You can also, email Heather with any questions at heathersdance@att.net or call 517-256-2074.
Mint Festivel Parade still on!
They are still having the mint festival parade this morning but the line up field is flooded so we are lined up on clinton ave beside oakview elem. We have the studio float with # 44 in our window. Come on out!
Look for us in the Mint Festival Parade this weekend!
We will be in the Mint Festival Parade tomorrow! Saturday August 13th 10:00 parade. Look for us and yell “Hi”! Volunteer parents and older dancers still needed to walk and hand out brochures. Email Heather at heathersdance@att.net
Open Enrollment Open House Monday August 15th from 3-7pm. Come by the studio to enroll, try on and order shoes, meet the teachers and see the studio!
