Pre Dance

PRE DANCE:
This class is for the very young/beginner. (2-3 year olds)

These classes offer a variety of Ballet, Jazz and Tumbling incorporated through individual steps and games each week.
The class focuses on paying attention and listening to directions while improving large motor skills. Props are used to enhance the experience for the student.

For example, tutu’s and wands are used when the class does ballet, the girl students might need to count to 3 in their “princess voice” while taping their toe with the wand.

Each class rotates from style of dance depending upon the attention span and “mood” of the class. The recital routine is usually a type of preschool song and dance.

  1. Hi my name is Jessica my daughter turns 4 in September…i am looking for something that is not a full year and reasonably priced…I was wondering if you had any classes that would meet that…she has never taken any kind of classes before….i can be reached through email at jgesks3@gmail.com

    thank you!

    • All my classes run from Sept through May. However, I have people all the time, especially young like your daughter that sign up for a class, then just let me know that they will only be attending from Sept through December or something like that. I have no problem with that unless the class fills up, then I have to give the people that will stay in the class the entire year first dibs on the class. So, choose which class you would like her in, let me know the time frame of when when she will be attending. I would recommend a pre combo. It is 45 minutes long that meets once per week and I have a couple to choose from. The cost is $35 per month with a one time $5 registration fee. If you would like less than that, then pre dance is for 2 and 3 year olds, at is $28 per month with a one time $5 registration fee. I hope this helps.
