TAP DANCE:
Dance is at the barre for technique development and center floor for balance and combination skills.
Music type varies but is usually upbeat.
Steps are learned by making rhythmic sounds on the floor with tap shoes. aka: “noisy shoe class”
Great for fine motor skill development, especially for the feet and ankles and teaching rhythm and memory skills.

I am looking for a beginning tap class for my daughter and I to take this summer. Heather you and I met at Ladies Fitness a few years ago and Arlene and I took your tap class one year. Would love to start up again, esp. during the summer months. I have a more flexible schedule. Would even consider trying to get others to sign on if you taught something in the a.m. Let me know.

I remember you Larissa,
I would be happy to do a summer tap class for you in the am. I am getting married this weekend, but am pretty free after next week. If you can get a few more people, that would be great. We could do either a few days in a row from like 10 to 10:45am or something alittle longer spread out over a few weeks. Let me know.
Thanks
Heather
